Is the information on the posters verified?
Yes! Most of the time, my posters require hours of research! For example, I used the Guide Larousse du Vin for the Map of French Wines Poster, or the Guide Hachette des Whiskies for the Whisky Poster.
I also go out into the field to interview “real people” and gather their opinions and knowledge. This was the case for the Meat Cuts Poster.
Finally, I cross-reference the information I’ve gathered with reliable sources on the web, just to make sure the poster’s information is accurate.
Printing, Paper, Frames & Packaging
Who prints the posters?
I work with a print-on-demand company. They have production sites around the world, so depending on where you are located, your orders are printed and shipped from the nearest facility.
What paper is used?
Posters are printed on heavyweight matte white paper (200 gsm / 80 lb), which has a natural, smooth, uncoated finish that is luxurious to the touch. I chose it because it is the perfect option to stand the test of time.
This paper is produced from wood from sustainably and responsibly managed forests, which have FSC certification.
Paper sizes may vary slightly by region. For the US and Canada, the measurement is in inches, while for the rest of the world, it is in centimeters.

How are the frames ?
The frames are made from pine wood and come in 3 colors: black, white, and natural wood.
They are 20-25mm /0.79″-0.98″ thick and 10-14mm /0.4″-0.6″ wide, providing the perfect balance of durability and style.
To keep your poster looking its best, we use shatterproof, transparent plexiglass to protect it from damage.
The poster is ready-to-hang as the poster is delivered within the frame. It is ready to be hung directly on the wall.

How are the posters packaged?
Each poster and frame is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.
The poster is packed in a strong, sturdy tube. Depending on the destination country, the tube may be surrounded by a shipping sleeve to prevent the tube from rolling. Inside the tube, the poster is wrapped in tissue paper to prevent scratching.



As packaging varies from country to country, the photos above are not contractual, but this is the packaging I use in most cases.

Frog Posters are produced locally in 32 countries, so they arrive faster, smarter and more environmentally friendly.
I do my best to shorten the delivery times below, but I cannot guarantee them. In most cases, here are the delivery times:

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do now?
Before contacting me, you can help me by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your parcel
- Visit your neighbors, in case the courier has left the parcel with them
- If the delivery address is correct and the parcel was not left at the post office or your neighbor’s, contact me at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr, quoting your order number
- If the delivery address is incorrect, I can send you a replacement order, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

I have chosen to deliver orders only to countries where they can be produced locally, in order to limit the CO² emissions caused by the shipping:

How can I track my order?
All packages are shipped with a tracking service. You will receive the link to track the progress of your delivery as soon as your order is shipped.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
Additional customs fees and taxes may be charged for international orders. These charges are not under my control and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country.
Please check directly with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Returns
I’ve received an incorrect/damaged product. What should I do?
I am sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.
To help me solve this problem quickly, please send me an e-mail at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr within one week after receiving it, with photos of the damaged product and your order number.
I’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible.
What is your return policy ?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.
If you don’t like the poster, you can return it within 30 days in its original packaging to: Frog Posters, 2 rue des Aires, 13350 Charleval, France.
I’ll refund you as soon as I receive it, using the same method of payment you used. As I print your poster as close to you as possible, I cannot cover the cost of returns.
