Are the facts on our prints accurate?

We don't do things by halves. For every print, we spend hours researching and fact-checking.

  • Solid, expert sources: We dig into highly respected references (like the Larousse Wine Guide or the Hachette Whiskey Guide) to bring you precise maps and guides.
  • Boots on the ground: We talk to the people who really know their stuff. For example, for our regional slang guides or our butcher's cuts print, we interviewed local experts and enthusiasts to capture authentic knowledge.
  • Cross-checking: We always cross-reference this field info with reliable sources to ensure everything is accurate and up to date.
  • Our goal? To offer you prints that are beautiful, useful, and above all, factually spot-on.

What about shipping times? We produce our prints locally in 32 countries*. This allows us to deliver faster, smarter, and cleaner. In most cases, you’ll receive your print within 4 to 7 business days.

Not in love with your print? No problem. We do our best to make sure you 100% love every print. But if it’s not a perfect match, we’ve got your back. You have 30 days to return it to us. Just make sure it’s in its original packaging and send it to: Frog Posters, 2 rue des Aires, 13350 Charleval, France. As soon as we receive it, we’ll issue a direct refund to your original payment method. Quick note: Because we print on demand and as close to you as possible to minimize our environmental impact, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Production, Frames & Packaging

Who prints the posters?

We work with a print-on-demand partner that has production facilities in 24 countries. Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility closest to you. This is exactly what allows us to cut down delivery times and reduce our carbon footprint.

What kind of paper do you use?

Our prints use a heavyweight matte white paper (200gsm). It has a smooth, uncoated, natural finish that feels luxurious to the touch. It’s the perfect choice to stand the test of time. This paper is sourced from sustainably and responsibly managed forests and is FSC-certified.

What are the frames like?

When you order a framed print, it arrives already framed and ready to hang, complete with mounting hardware attached to the back. The frames are crafted from sturdy pine wood and are 0.4″ to 0.8″ thick (1 to 2 cm). They are available in 3 colors: black, white, and natural wood. And to keep your print looking stunning, we use clear, shatterproof plexiglass to protect it from any damage.

How are the prints packaged?

To make sure your print travels safely, we adapt our packaging based on its size and your delivery country. As a general rule, smaller sizes (up to A4 / 8x12") are shipped flat, while larger prints are carefully protected in a mailing tube.

The shape of this tube might vary slightly depending on where you live. For example, we use classic cylindrical mailing tubes for France, Belgium, Switzerland, and many other countries. However, if you’re in the US, Canada, or Brazil, your print will arrive in a rigid triangular or rectangular box that is just as protective.

If you opted for a framed print, we carefully protect the corners of the frame before placing it in a heavy-duty cardboard box. If you order multiple framed prints, we add inner reinforcements to keep the package perfectly rigid. In fact, to guarantee maximum safety during transit, we pack a maximum of three frames per box.

How do I track my order?

All our packages are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr—we’d be happy to help!

Will there be customs fees?

No, because we print your orders locally in your delivery country. You won't have to pay any customs duties for orders shipped within the European Union, the UK, Norway, the US, or Canada. We guarantee DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or with a neighbor, contact us at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr with your order number. We’ll do everything we can to help.

Note: If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping costs will be at your expense.

Returns

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr within a week of receiving it. Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details about your order. We’ll get a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you don't love your print, you can return it to us within 30 days in its original packaging at: Frog Posters, 2 rue des Aires, 13350 Charleval, France.

We’ll refund you to your original payment method as soon as we receive it. Because we print your poster as close to you as possible to minimize our carbon footprint, we cannot cover return shipping costs.
