Shipping policy

At Frog Posters, we made a simple choice: print your posters on demand and as close to you as possible (in 24 countries!). It's much more eco-friendly, cuts down on unnecessary shipping, and on top of that, it's faster.

Here’s what happens after you click "Checkout":

1. Delivery Times (When will it get here?)

As soon as your order is confirmed, we start printing! Generally, your print will arrive at your door in 4 to 7 business days. (To give you a better idea: expect 4 to 5 business days for France, Belgium, or Switzerland, and 4 to 6 business days for the US and Canada).

2. Shipping Costs (The good news)

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, right before you pay. But we have some great news for you: shipping is 100% FREE on orders over €50! ❤️ (Note : tu pourras adapter la devise selon ton site, ex: $50).

3. Customs Fees (Zero nasty surprises)

Because we print locally in your delivery country, there are absolutely no customs fees if you’re shipping to the European Union, the UK, Norway, the US, or Canada. You pay exactly what you see on the site, period.

4. Order Tracking (Where is my print?)

All our orders travel with a tracking number. As soon as your package leaves the workshop, we’ll shoot you an email with a link to track its journey right to your mailbox.

5. Packaging (Protecting our babies) We adapt the armor based on the size of your print:

  • Small sizes (up to A4 / 8x12") travel perfectly flat in reinforced cardboard envelopes.
  • Larger sizes are carefully rolled and slipped into heavy-duty mailing tubes.
  • Framed prints get the VIP treatment: protected corners and reinforced cardboard (we pack a maximum of 3 frames per box so nothing shifts around).

6. Shipping hiccups? (Oops!)

Even though we pack everything with love, delivery drivers can sometimes be a bit rough.

  • If your print arrives damaged: Please don't return it! Just shoot us an email at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged package and print. We’ll reprint it and send it to you ASAP, on the house.
  • If your print is playing hide-and-seek: Tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it? Check with your neighbors or your local post office first. If it’s still nowhere to be found, email us with your order number and we’ll investigate! (Just a heads-up: if the mistake was a typo in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement, but the new shipping costs will be on you).
