Article 1. Who are we?

Behind the website www.frogposters.fr, there's us: OH MY FROG SARL, with a share capital of €3,000. Our HQ is located at 2 rue des Aires, 13350 Charleval, France.

By browsing our site and placing an order, you agree to these rules of the game. We reserve the right to update them from time to time (especially if the law makes us), but the applicable terms will always be the ones in effect on the day of your purchase.

Article 2. The purpose of this document

These Terms of Service (which we'll call "ToS" to save time) are our pact of trust. They outline how things work when you fall for one of our prints. Before confirming your order, you declare that this purchase is for your personal use and that you have the legal capacity to commit. In short, that you're a responsible adult!

Article 3. Our prints

We offer prints that are useful, beautiful, and eco-friendly. Everything is printed on demand on FSC-certified paper from sustainably managed forests. The photos on the site are as accurate as possible, though colors might vary a tiny bit depending on your screen settings.

Article 4. Prices, VAT, and (zero) customs fees

Prices displayed on the site are in euros and include all taxes (VAT included). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, but good news: shipping is FREE on orders over €50! ❤️

What about customs? Since we print your posters locally in 24 countries (it's better for the planet and much faster), there are absolutely no customs fees if you are in the EU, the UK, Norway, the US, or Canada. Like magic, right?

Article 5. How to place an order?

It’s as easy as pie, in just a few steps:

  1. Fill your cart with your future favorite prints.
  2. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Give us your address (so we know where to send these beauties).
  4. Explicitly accept these famous ToS.
  5. Pay via our 100% secure checkout.

Once that’s in the bag, we’ll shoot you a quick confirmation email with your order summary, and get the presses rolling!

Article 6. Secure payment

You can whip out your favorite payment method: American Express, Apple Pay, Credit Cards, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, or Visa. Everything is ultra-secure, encrypted, and bulletproof. We never have access to your credit card numbers, so you can sleep soundly.

Article 7. Shipping: We're on our way!

We produce locally, which lets us deliver fast and sustainably. Generally, your order arrives at your door in 4 to 7 business days (expect 4 to 5 days for France, Belgium, or Switzerland). All our orders ship with a tracking number.

You'll get a link by email as soon as your package hits the road. If your print is playing hard to get, check with your neighbors or local post office first, then email us at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr. Note: If there was a little typo in your shipping address, we can send a replacement, but the new shipping costs will be on you.

Article 8. Retention of Title (The lawyer jargon)

We remain the owners of the prints until your payment is received in full. It’s the law, our hands are tied!

Article 9. Print arrived damaged?

If your print was damaged during transit or has a printing defect, that's a whole different story! Please don't return it: just contact us within 48 hours of delivery at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr with a photo of the package and the damaged print. We’ll send you a replacement for free, ASAP. We've got this, promise!

Article 10. Right of Withdrawal & "Love It" Guarantee

We do our best to make sure you 100% love every print. But if it’s not love at first sight when unboxing, don't panic, we've got your back! The law gives you 14 days, but we give you a 30-day window after receiving your order to change your mind.

  • Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your print must be in the exact same condition that you received it, and placed back in its original packaging (tube or box).
  • Return Shipping & Eco-Friendly Approach: Quick note: to limit our environmental impact, we print your poster on demand and as close to you as possible. Because of this, if you change your mind, return shipping costs to our French facility are your responsibility.

How to make a return?

  • Carefully pack the print in its original tube or box.
  • Ship the package to: Frog Posters, 2 rue des Aires, 13350 Charleval, France.
  • Email us the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for your package! Heads-up: without a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Refunds: As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm we got it. Your refund is then processed immediately and automatically applied to your original payment method. The time it takes to show up in your account depends on your bank (usually 3 to 5 business days).

Article 11. Legal Guarantees (We've got your back)

Our prints are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects (as per French consumer law). Basically, if a product has a real manufacturing defect that we are responsible for, contact us. You have 2 years to reach out, and we will always find a solution.

Article 12. Intellectual Property

All elements on the www.frogposters.com or www.frogposters.fr websites, whether visual, text, or audio, are the exclusive property of Oh My Frog and are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. Therefore, any reproduction of our sites, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

You may link to our website as long as it is done fairly and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. However, you cannot establish a link that suggests any form of association where none exists. Furthermore, it is strictly forbidden to link to our site on a website that does not belong to you. We reserve the right to remove links without notice.

Article 13. Liability and Applicable Law (We aren't superheroes)

Our prints strictly comply with French law. If you are having them delivered halfway across the world, it is up to you to check with local authorities that you are allowed to import or use our products (Oh My Frog cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the laws of the delivery country—we don't want to start an international incident!).

Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of the print.

Finally, we don't control the mysteries of the Internet: we cannot be held liable for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the web, such as service interruptions, external intrusions, or computer viruses at the time of your order.

These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a hiccup, we always prefer discussion, good faith, and good humor to find an amicable solution. If we really can't figure it out (but that won't happen!), French courts will have the final say.

Article 14. Proof and Archiving (Words fly away, clicks remain)

At Oh My Frog, we keep a record of everything, safe and sound. We archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, constituting a true copy in accordance with civil law.

Basically, our computerized logs are the real deal: they will be considered by all parties as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between us. Fair and square!
